Jmsaff Leather Works provides a 45-day return and exchange policy to ensure customer satisfaction. However, please note that we do not offer free returns. Shipping charges for returns and exchanges must be paid by the buyer.
Conditions for Returns
All returned items must be in new, unused condition. Please verify sizing and inspect the product carefully before use. Products that have been worn, damaged, or altered will not qualify for a return or exchange.
International Orders

Jmsaff Leather Works ships worldwide, but return shipping charges for international orders must also be covered by the buyer.

Original shipping fees for international orders are non-refundable.

Duties and taxes on international orders are not refundable by JMSaff Leather Works. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for refunds on duties and taxes.
